There are a lot of new construction communities – they can be hard to discover. At the bottom of the page, let us know what you’re looking for and we’ll do the work for you! You never want to visit a builder without being represented by a Realtor. Whether that is us or your current Realtor, remember to take them with you on your initial visit. Many times, builders will not recognize or allow your Realtor as part of the transaction otherwise. You do NOT want to buy a new construction home without being represented. The builder does not hold your best interest a priority – only your Realtor does.
Your Realtor will know the questions to ask up front, things to watch out for, and ways to ensure you are protected.
If they cannot attend on your first visit, have them call ahead to the sales office and let the builder know you are coming. They will then attach your name to your Realtor’s.
